The present terms and conditions of use are intended to set the terms for accessing and using the Site.

Not make any statement, have any behaviour or publish any content which is defamatory, injurious, pornographic, vulgar, obscene, offensive, aggressive, misplaced, harassing, violent, threatening, racist, xenophobic, an incitement to hate, violence, discrimination, encouraging illegal activities or in general contrary to the purposes and aims of the Service or which could impact the rights of the Service.
Not cause any harm to the rights and image of the Service, in particular their rights to intellectual property.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PLATFORM
Access to the Site and Services
To access the site, you need an internet connection. We do our best, as far as is possible, to keep the site online continuously, but we can in no way guarantee that the Service or the Site will not suffer any interruption in relation to any technical difficulties inherent to the internet.
As such, we may not be held responsible, in particular in the event of a malfunction with the access to the Site or the Service, in the event that they are temporarily unavailable, or for any temporary slowness opening the pages of the Site.
Also, we cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages relating to the use or unavailability of the Service, to any event related to the Service, in particular technical failures, breakdowns, interruptions, modifications and we cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions or damages to the User’s computer equipment, in particular in the event of contamination by a virus.

These Service interruptions may not be used as a reason for any compensation being paid whatsoever.

The User acknowledges that we can never be held liable in the event of a temporary suspension of access to the Services because of Site maintenance.
Force majeure
The GEO.3L Company may not be held liable for any failure to meet one or other of their obligations if this failure was caused by force majeure, as interpreted by French jurisprudence.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Aside from the content provided by the User Members, the GEO.3L Company is the sole owner of all of the intellectual property rights relating to the Service, its content and the software and databases used to run it.
The Service, brands, logos and any other distinctive sign and content, i.e. all text, video, photos, software and any other information in whatever format and any type on the Site are the property of the GEO.3L or their partners.
These elements are liable to be covered by intellectual property law, copyright, patents or any other intellectual property right.
All representation, reproduction, adaptation or partial or total use of the Site or its contents, registered brands and services proposed by the Site, by whatever process, without prior, written agreement by the GEO.3L is strictly forbidden and may constitute fraud under the terms of articles L335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
NON-AFFECTATION OF TITLE
The titles used in the present User Terms and Conditions are solely intended to facilitate reference and have no contractual value or particular significance in themselves.
COHESION AND SURVIVAL
If any one of the stipulations in the present User Terms and Conditions are rendered null and void by a currently applicable law, regulation or legal decision which has become definitive, it will be considered unwritten but will not lead to the present conditions being invalidated or altering the validity of the other terms. In this case, the GEO.3L Company must, as far as possible, replace the voided term by a valid term corresponding to the spirit and purpose of the present conditions.
APPLICABLE LAW
The present User Terms and Conditions were originally written in French and are subject to French law. French courts have the jurisdiction to rule on any disputes between the parties in relation to the execution of the User Terms and Conditions.
MODIFICATION OF THE USER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may be required to modify the present User Terms and Conditions in order to adapt to changes in the technological and commercial environment, and to ensure that we comply with the current regulations. All modifications will be published on the Service with the date of the update, and you will be notified before it is enacted.
